The Lady Garden

Tea and Strumpets

Pearl clutching

Apparently The Lady Garden is just too full of naughty words for some people, so there are places where we are blocked. McDonald’s doesn’t like us, and neither does the CentralCiti FreeWiFi in Palmerston North. Out of idle Friday afternoon interest, where else have people found that they are not allowed to access our lovely mix of feminism and sex positivism?

You’re blocked at Victoria University, sadly. It sucked when I wanted to reference you last year for an essay on the SlutWalk. For some reason, Vic, despite being, you know, a university, a place for adults, blocks sites containing “adult/mature content”.

Wow. That’s actually really bad. I may talk to someone about that.

(If you need something again, though, email blog at theladygarden.org, and I’m sure one of us can hook you up.)

Our library blocks you. It uses the Aotearoa People’s Network.
